Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Sealed hygiene products that have been opened
• Digital downloads
